Most of these tasks will be excruciatingly repetitive and career advancement is expected to be slower than what you would achieve from other positions within the Guard.
It is also advised to consider applying first for the regular Military Police and experiencing typical operations within the Mayflower National Guard before proceeding to the Army Criminal Investigation Division.

The 1st Training Company is mainly a primary attachment; however, auxiliary positions are available, enabling guardsmen to serve as Drill Sergeants while remaining in their primary assignments.
For years, through many versions of the Guard, the Training Company has stood as a symbol of prestige and excellence within the Mayflower National Guard. This proud tradition continues, as Drill Sergeants of 1TC are held to the highest standards of professionalism, knowledge, and discipline.
Members of 1TC have a critical and clearly defined role: engaging with and developing the future warriors and defenders of the National Guard. It is essential that all training personnel master the material they teach, as their expertise directly shapes the readiness and success of those they train.
