The 109th Medical Company is the medical backbone of the Mayflower National Guard, providing battlefield care, casualty evacuation and air ambulance operations for fellow guardsman and civilians.

The Army Criminal Investigation Division is comprised of both external and internal duties. Thus, we are not only Internal Affairs of the department but are also tasked to conduct external-like duties.

Regional Training Institute - Drill Sergeant Contract

Its primary mission is to recruit and train incoming privates, providing them with the foundation they need to succeed through Basic Combat Training. Additionally, the company oversees and operates various specialized training certifications offered within the National Guard.
